Turnaround and process-equipment positioning
Find where the hand
enters the task.
The government refinery register lists Panipat and Mathura. During a turnaround, determine which planned lifts need close guidance and which require a change in access, rigging or restraint before a hand tool is considered.
List recurring equipment-landing tasks before buying a common tool mix.
Check the working distance around pipework and surrounding plant structures.
Keep the operator out of the load path; never use the pole to resist a swinging or falling load.
Match the interface.
Keep the load supported.
Choose the head insert and working length around the actual load surface, movement and available space. Review the complete approach, contact and release.

RiggerSafe is a guidance tool. It must not lift, suspend, support, pry, lever or arrest a load. Proof-test values are not a lifting capacity.
